Warren’s Trusted Choice for Senior Home Care and Elder Care Services

At Home Care Assistance, our goal is to provide exceptional home health care to seniors in the community. Our Princeton clinical team has an extensive health care background. All of the caregivers are certified home health aides through the New Jersey Board of Nursing and are supervised by a Registered Nurse.

We provide transportation to hospitals and also offer hospital sitter services to provide round-the-clock companionship. Trained in active listening skills, our sitters monitor and keep the patient company, converse and read to them, or even run patient errands.

For seniors at home, we offer care ranging from companionship care to bedside care. Additional care can also be provided to those living in senior care facilities. As the trusted home care provider in Princeton, we employ skilled and compassionate caregivers. As a result, our Client Care Managers are able to match our clients to caregivers not only based on their home care needs, but also their personalities and interests.

Speak with a Care Advisor today to see how we can support your loved one and determine a care plan that is right for you.

We offer high quality, personalized care where seniors most prefer: at home.

We strive to inform and educate. Here is a small sample of resources we have to offer to help you make the best decision for your family.

Home Care Services Offered By Home Care Assistance

If you have an aging loved one who requires in-home care, choosing the right service provider is essential. Along with the cost, you also need to consider the quality of care that the company provides. After all, your family member's safety and well-being are at stake. The provider that you choose should be well respected and should have a reputation for providing excellent care. Anytime you find yourself in need of a home care provider, Home Care Assistance is more than qualified to give your loved one the care and attention they deserve.

Caregiver For Your Loved Ones In The Comfort Of Their Own House In Warren New Jersey

Most seniors spend a period of time receiving care at home before moving into an eldercare facility. Oftentimes, it takes a while for people to accept the idea that they need help with everyday activities. Home care helps ease the transition from living independently to living with assistance. Depending on your loved one's insurance plan, the cost of home care may or may not be covered. If you have to pay for the care out-of-pocket, it is important to look for a reasonably priced provider.

Senior and Elderly Care

One of the most effective ways to find a qualified home care service is through the Internet. Conducting research online is a great way to learn more about the providers in your area. Along with finding out how much their service costs, you should also research the reputation of each company. Ideally, you should visit with each company in person to get a better feel for how well they treat their clients. Home Care Assistance consistently ranks at the top in terms of both their prices and the quality of care that they provide.

Alzheimer's

If someone that you care about is struggling with Alzheimer's, home care can make a big difference in their quality of life. People who have Alzheimer's often struggle to live alone since it significantly impairs their cognitive function. Not only do they have trouble remembering people and details but they also may find it difficult to perform routine tasks without assistance. Working with a home care provider is an excellent way to make sure your loved one gets the care they require.

Parkinson's Disease

Parkinson's disease, which is a nervous system disorder that interferes with the production of dopamine, affects an incredibly large number of people throughout the world. It results in a wide range of symptoms including tremors. The severity of the disease typically progresses through five stages, starting from the mildest and ending at the most severe. Home care service providers can help patients deal with the symptoms of this disorder so that they can continue to stay safe while living at home.

Dementia

Dementia often affects elderly patients, interfering with their memory and cognitive function. As this disorder worsens, they may struggle to recognize or identify people that they have known for years. This includes members of their own family. Dementia is usually classified as one of seven different stages, depending on its severity. At its most severe, the affected person may not be able to recognize anyone around them.

Stroke Victim Care

Strokes can have devastating consequences, leaving people unable to move certain parts of their body on their own. This can make getting through the day without assistance extremely challenging. A qualified home care worker can help, providing assistance as needed.

Cancer

If a family member is diagnosed with cancer, they may need help from a home care provider. Cancer can affect many different parts of the body including the lymphatic system. Anyone who suffers from this disease can most likely benefit from the assistance of a trained home care employee.

About Our Caregiving Services

Home Care Assistance has a lot of previous experience helping patients deal with conditions like the ones listed above. Over the years, they have developed a highly effective routine that is beneficial for both the patients that they care for and their family members. Best of all, these services are more affordable than you might think. If you have a family member who has been diagnosed with a debilitating condition like Parkinson's, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease, they can help. Their experience, compassion, and professionalism make them a great choice whenever you need a home care provider.
