As the highly contagious COVID-19 Delta Variant continues to spread, it’s now more important than ever to be fully vaccinated.
When vaccinated, you’re helping to keep your family and clients safe from infection—and you’ll have more opportunities to work. Most new clients (and nearly 100% of our 8 and 12-hour schedules) now require all caregivers be vaccinated. And beginning this fall, many state and local governments will require unvaccinated caregivers to submit to frequent COVID-19 testing.
To be eligible for our vaccination incentive benefits, you must provide your local office with proof of your vaccination. Just take a photo of your vaccination card and email or text it to your local office.
Not sure if your local office already has proof of your vaccination? Take another photo of your card and send it again just to be sure you’ll qualify for all of these great benefits and chances to win.
On the first Wednesday of every month, we’ll give away a total of $25,000 in cash prizes to our lottery winners. If you’re an active HCA caregiver and you’ve provided proof of vaccination to your local office, you’ll automatically be entered to win one of these prizes every month.
For every shift you work during the month, you’ll get one lottery ticket for that months’ prize drawing. So the more shifts you work for HCA as a vaccinated caregiver, the more chances you’ll have to win!
Here’s how you become eligible:
Starting in October, we’re offering an additional health insurance coverage option that’s more accessible to full-time HCA caregivers who consistently work 20 hours a week—and more affordable. This plan will cost less than $100 per month for individual coverage.
As a way of saying thanks, we’ll pay our vaccinated caregivers an additional subsidy in October, November, and December of 2021. That means up to three months of coverage through December 2021 will be FREE of charge!
If you refer a caregiver friend to HCA who is fully vaccinated and otherwise qualifies for this bonus, both you and your friend could earn up to $1,000 each. Full rules and requirements for our usual signing and referral bonus apply to claim your rewards, based on schedules worked in the first three months upon hire. And there’s no limit to how many vaccinated caregivers you can refer to qualify for this bonus!
