She also holds a Master's of Social Work with a concentration in Gerontology from Washington University in St. Louis. Natalie has always had a passion for working with older adults. From a young age, she was very close to her great grandma and grandparents. One of her first internships in college was in an independent living facility. She knew then that a career in social work helping older adults is what she was called to do.

Prior to joining HCA, Natalie was the Executive Director of Village to Village Network, a national organization that helps older adults age in place through volunteer assistance. Aging in place is something that Natalie believes is very important for each individual and she enjoys working in this field.

Robin Henry

Having served in the United States Army, Robin believes that hard work and dedication are key to a successful life and career. In the military, she was a medic and worked in the hospital and clinic assisting active military personnel and veterans. Working with elderly veterans care was very rewarding. She was able to tend to their medical needs and hear their stories of their time in the service, which was truly a wonderful experience.

On a personal note, her grandma was one of the biggest parts of her childhood. She is now 86 years old and is still very active and involved in her church community. She demonstrates daily that staying active and social are two key elements to maintaining a high-quality life. Robin’s grandma serves as her inspiration every day.
