"The client care manager was very friendly and helpful over the phone and even more awesome in person. "
"This organization is a class act for sure! I am a C-4,5,6 quadriplegic and have been completely dependent on my wife as my caregiver for the last 10 years. A situation arose last week where my wife had to leave town for 3 days so I suddenly needed a caregiver ASAP. We contacted Home Care Assistance Riverside and explained the situation and the requirements I had. The client care manager was very friendly and helpful over the phone and even more awesome in person. The caregiver they sent (Jesse) was absolutely great as well. He was careful and a good listener regarding requirements/preferences etc. I have quite a few quad and para "wheeled friends" and I have heard plenty of caregiver horror stories over the last 10 years. I would without a doubt recommend Home Care Assistance Riverside to anyone needing a caregiver (even on short notice). I really cannot say enough about these guys...THANK YOU!"- M.H. Riverside, CA
"The caregivers are very professional, constantly give shift updates, and always interact with the residents. "

Our staff here at the facility are always so happy to see the Home Care Assistance team; they are always quick to address any concerns or questions we as a facility may have. We also refer Home Care Assistance to any and all resident's that will be discharged home and will require caregivers. I've never had a single complaint from the patients or their families. We appreciate you guys all so much and are so happy to have you all as part of our team!"- A.P. Riverside, CA

"I am the Director of Community Relations here at Renaissance Village Assisted Living and Memory Care, in Rancho Belago, CA. Home Care Assistance has gone above and beyond to assist several families we have referred to them, as well as our own residents. Their team committed for more than 6 weeks to conduct a Mind Fitness program for our residents and they loved it!!! The team member brought healthy snacks and provided not only a fun activity but a very helpful and stimulating experience for them. "I often hear [my mom and her caregiver] laughing and talking like they had been old friends."
"This company has always been highly professional, from the information we first received from the front desk staff to the administrators and to our wonderful caregiver, Yvette. The personal touch is certainly there and Yvette is always thinking of things to do with my mother-in-law. The two of them are always busy. I often hear them both laughing and talking like they had been old friends."- S.S.
"My daughter went from being at risk of falling to being able to walk unassisted."
"My son-in-law coordinated everything required for my daughter's care when she was released to come home from the hospital. Every interaction with Home Care Assistance was superb and professional. At that time, she required a wheel-chair and a walker to move around. The caregiver was on-time for every shift, kind and nurturing. When my daughter did not need immediate attention, she filled her time with basic household chores that my daughter could not do. Because of the extraordinary care and knowledge regarding physical therapy needs, my daughter went from being at risk of falling to being able to walk unassisted. It was a lot of hard work on my daughter's part to put in the effort, but I am grateful for this organization for everything they did to encourage and work with my daughter! Thank you!"- P.F. Riverside, CA
