"Extremely helpful and well informed."
"I interviewed Home Care Assistance in my home a week ago and found them to be competitively priced, professional and personable. I had a hip replacement recently and thought I might need services. The Care Coordinator was extremely helpful and well informed."- E.P. San Jose, CA
"Willing to listen."
"I was impressed with the knowledge and flexibility of the group. They were hired on immediately. Even with extremely short notice, they managed to have a caregiver on the job within two days. She was very kind. We didn't use the service long as my mother-in-law passed away soon after hiring Home Care Assistance. There were many things that stood out with this group, including their kindness, flexibly and willingness to listen and resolve issues that came up due to the sudden change in my MILs health."- V.B. Santa Cruz, CA
"The team is efficient and empathetic, and they screen their caregivers carefully."
"My entire experience during six months with Home Care Assistance was excellent. The team is efficient and empathetic, and they screen their caregivers carefully. The caregiver who came to help my elderly mother in her home was just perfect for the job. She was honest, hardworking and caring. Whenever I called the team for any reason, they got back to me quickly and were sensitive to my family's needs. They are a top-notch organization and I recommend them without hesitation."- C.C. San Jose, CA
"They supported my 85-year-young Dad through a difficult transition. "
"This is a good team. They supported my 85-year-young Dad through a difficult transition. I'll always be grateful."- R.W. Los Gatos, CA
"An absolute delight to work with."
"Home Care Assistance offers outstanding and professional service. Everyone on their team was so caring and helpful. Each person I've come into contact with has been an absolute delight to work with. I recommend them to all of family and friends who have the need for elderly care."- M.M. Santa Clara, CA
"The staff and caregivers at Home Care Assistance are fantastic. Their cognitive brain stimulation program is great and unique among all the home care companies in the area. Our care manager is extremely responsive by phone, email and text and usually gets back to me within minutes or always before the end of the day. They allow you to determine all aspects of the care they will provide to your loved one. You can change the care periods if your needs vary. As someone who sold Long Term Insurance after I retired from my high tech role in Silicon Valley and is familiar with the major home care providers in the area, I impersonally found Home Care Assistance the best provider for my wife's Alzheimer's needs. The caregiver they provided us has been fantastic. She shows up every day on time and tends to all my wife's needs including daily one hour walks, one hour or more of cognitive stimulation, meal preparation, laundry services, bed making, and many other tasks we ask her to do. Our caregiver is so compassionate. We use her daily for five to six days every week. She is like part of our family and also joins us when we go to local restaurants. Home Care Assistance is truly a great home care provider. "- K.K
"Reliable, competent, and caring."
"Home Care Assistance provided us with someone to help with my dad while he was confined to a skilled nursing facility. We live out of town and needed someone a few hours a day to monitor him, help with things the facility was too busy to do, bring him supplies, etc. Home Care was very responsive and listened to our requests regarding our preferences. The two people that they provided were absolutely outstanding: totally reliable, competent, and caring."- B.S.
