Clinical Nurse Home Care Liaison

Arwa has been in the health care industry for over a decade as a practicing Nurse. Her expertise is in wound care but she has worked in Skilled Nursing Facilities as well as with those who need acute care. Arwa currently holds an active nursing license as an LPN with a certification as a wound care nurse, LPN, WCC. She lives by the philosophy that one should do everything with the highest integrity. Arwa enjoys what she does because she loves people and caring for them. It gives her a sense of purpose for a greater good. She loves hearing the stories older adults have and all the value they bring to the community.

Daryn Allday

Regional Director for Virginia

Daryn brings almost 30 years of health care experience to his role with Home Care Assistance. He has been in the home care industry for nearly 20 years, with a focus on customer service and caregiver engagement. Daryn received a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Medicine and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Daryn asks himself two questions when making decisions: Is it right for the caregiver? Is it right for the client? If he can say yes to both questions then he knows he is doing the right thing. Daryn has always gravitated to service focused industries and loves helping others. His favorite part of working with seniors is knowing that he can truly impact their lives and well-being.

Joyce has been in the industry for the past fifteen years and her areas of expertise are in client care and customer service. Cindy has been in the home care industry for four years and the medical field for 25 years. She worked in a nursing home for 10 years in Iowa as an Assistant Administrator, before moving to Virginia. Her area of expertise is in HR/billing and payroll. Cindy is a very detailed person. She doesn't waste time and gets tasks done in a timely manner. Her personal philosophy is, "enjoy your day/life to the fullest because you don’t know what tomorrow will throw at you." Cindy has always felt called to this profession. When she was a child, people could count on her. She has always been helpful and the first person to offer help with anything. Kadie Chambers

Operations Manager

Kadie has over a decade's worth of experience in home care and health care. She has excelled as Office Manager for a home care company in the Maryland and Virginia areas, where she increased efficiency in accounting, human resources and operations. She has also worked as the Home Health Services Coordinator for Marriot Senior Living and as a Staffing Coordinator for Alliance Care at Home. Within each role, Kadie's passion for helping seniors has grown. Kadie is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has a certification in Medical Administration. They'll watch for signs that the client is in need of further services due to medical changes and report them as required.
