Meet The Care Team

Robin Henry

Staffing Manager

Robin has been in the staffing industry for over 5 years and holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She is experienced in everything from management to employee relations to recruiting to scheduling. She finds staffing extremely rewarding because she is able to help a tremendous amount of people on so many levels. Not only does she help individuals find work, she also helps them achieve personal and professional goals while meeting the needs of our clients. Having served in the United States Army, Robin believes that hard work and dedication are key to a successful life and career. In the military, she was a medic and worked in the hospital and clinic assisting active military personnel and veterans. Working with the elderly veterans was very rewarding. She was able to tend to their medical needs and hear their stories of their time in the service, which was truly a wonderful experience. On a personal note, her grandma was one of the biggest parts of her childhood. She is now 86 years old and is still very active and involved in her church community. She demonstrates daily that staying active and social are two key elements to maintaining a high-quality life. Robin’s grandma serves as her inspiration every day.

Jeff Schweikert

Regional Director for Missouri

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in communications and technology to his role with Home Care Assistance. When his own parents began to experience health issues, he decided to use his talents to provide high-quality services to those experiencing a health crisis or wishing to age in place.

Jeff still has a passion for technology and continues to integrate it into his daily work. His focus is on how seniors can have simple and reliable technology. Jeff has served multiple terms on the Home Care Assistance Franchise Advisory Council. Locally, he works with Memory Care Home Solutions on their Business Strategies Task Force, is on the Missouri Baptist Medical Center Community Advisory Board and was the founder of the St. Louis Home Care Alliance. He is also a Corporate Partner of the Aging Life Care Association.

Barbara Rhoades

Client Care Manager

Barbara graduated from Lindenwood University in 2010 with her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Studio Art. She later earned her Masters in Gerontology from Lindenwood as well. Barbara’s education and her previous work as an Activities Assistant at a long-term-care community has prepared her for her role as a Client Care Manager at Home Care Assistance. Barbara loves being able to serve her clients and their families.

Aside from her role as a Client Care Manager, Barbara in also in the Army Reserves. She has been serving since 2011 and has traveled all around the world, including to Japan and Kuwait.

In her free time, Barbara enjoys cooking, painting and doing various projects in her home. She also likes to stay active and is always training for her next marathon.

Cara Capuano

Client Care Manager

Cara graduated from Millikin University with a BA in Human Services and received her Master in Social Work degree from Saint Louis University. Her 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in healthcare and home care have provided a strong foundation for her position as a Client Care Manager. She is thrilled to join the team at Home Care Assistance because of the innovative and holistic approach to caregiving.

Through her mother’s example, Cara took an early interest in helping older adults and maintained close relationships with grandparents, whom she was privileged to see frequently, living in the same small town in Illinois. Assisting and advocating for people is Cara’s passion. She has been a volunteer with the United Way St. Louis Cares program for over 10 years. Outside of her work life, Cara enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and loves to bike, hike, travel and attend live music events.

Carrie Burggraf

Home Care Liaison

Carrie grew up on a college campus, Alderson Broaddus University, and left home as an adult with three degrees.

She thought she would be a teacher but fell in love with Anatomy and Physiology, which started her journey as a physician assistant. After working in women’s health and family medicine, she specialized in geriatrics and internal medicine because she thinks older people have so much to contribute.

While raising kids, Carrie was very active with her kids in the Rockwood School District, at SLUH and at Washington University in St. Louis.

Today, when she isn’t working with inspiring clients who need help at home, she loves to cycle, bake homemade cinnamon rolls and apple pie, and travel with her husband to visit their adult sons on the East Coast.

Haylee Berry

Lead Staffing Manager

Haylee graduated from Truman State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Public Communication and later completed her Master’s of Communication Management from Webster University.

Outside of work, you can find Haylee playing her with her puppy, Blake, or curled up reading a good book. Haylee recently became a first-time homeowner. When she is feeling ambitious, Haylee takes on home improvement and DIY projects to bring out her inner Martha Stewart or the latest idea she or her mom have found on Pinterest.

Melissa Naegeli

Staffing Manager

Melissa recently moved back to St. Louis after graduating from the University of Missouri of Columbia with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science. Born and raised in St. Louis, Melissa is a life-long Cardinals fan.

When Melissa isn’t watching sports, she enjoys playing them. Melissa played volleyball through her high school years at Ursuline Academy. Now, she enjoys spending her downtime with her new Golden Retriever puppy, Tucker.

Nora Johnson

Client Care Manager

Nora graduated from Nova Southeastern University, where she studied Gerontology. She has always had a passion to help older adults from volunteering to spending quality time with her own grandparents. Nora loves working for Home Care Assistance where she is able to provide families and their loved ones with support and comfort through the aging process.

When she is not spending time with older adults, Nora enjoys baking her blue ribbon snicker-doodles and coffee cake. Adjusting to big city life coming from a small town in Southeast Missouri hasn’t been easy, but Nora is enjoying every minute of it and even ventures out with her husband once a week to taste some of the local cuisine here in St. Louis.
