Promote healthy longevity with this quick smoothie recipe that everyone will love

Drinking this smoothie is a great way to sneak some cruciferous veggies into your diet! This is low glycemic by design, as we’ve added stevia and used raspberries as the base. The gelatin and whey powder up the protein, give you a healthy dose of glycine and create a whippy, creamy texture.

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
  • 8 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 small wedge of red cabbage OR ¾ cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Put all of the ingredients into the blender and process until smooth.
