You set the crockpot on low and wake up to a fragrant hot cereal. What could be easier than that? For a quick and delicious meal, just add the following ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low overnight.
- 2 cups Irish or steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- pinch of cinnamon
- Cranberries and orange zest
- Cinnamon and raisins
- Toasted coconut, nuts and chia seeds
- Berries or Sliced Banana
If making oatmeal stove top, bring oats and liquid to boil. Reduce and cook over low heat, constantly stirring. Add any optional ingredients.
