Keep a sense of calm and purpose. Stress can cause hypertension and other physical ailments. By providing yourself opportunities to relax and be calm, either by meditation, yoga or another form of stress-relief, you can focus more clearly on what your stress triggers are, and take steps to minimize or avoid them. Avoid unhealthy choices. Smoking is harmful for your health, so we greatly encourage tobacco prevention for optimal health.
