Czarina Sacramento

Client Care Manager

Czarina has been in the home care industry for almost five years. She received her bachelor's degree in sociology and brings exeprience in account management and care coordination. Her personal philosophy is to "be the type of person that no matter where you go, you always add value to the lives and spaces around you." Czarina enjoys being an advocate for seniors and providing the best possible care within the community. Her favorite part about working with seniors is being able to keep them happy and healthy at home.

Jovanny Cardenas

Staffing Manager

Jovanny Cardenas began his career in healthcare as a Medical Assistant. He worked with doctors who specialized in Geriatrics. Jovanny enjoyed working with elderly patients so much that he became a caregiver at an assisted living community. There he worked with seniors living with Alzheimer’s/dementia. He also worked with several licensed home care agencies as a Staffing Coordinator. He helped provide one-on-one assistance to the elderly and respite care to clients. Working in the healthcare industry for eight years has been rewarding for Jovanny. He feels joy knowing that he can make a difference in the lives of seniors in his community.

Patricia Murphy

Head of Operations

Other than a brief period when she worked in both film finance and the golf industry, Patricia has worked in health and human services since 1987.

Soon after completing high school, she trained as a Registered Nurse. She specialized in mental deficiency and working with people who had developmental disabilities. During the early stages of her career, Patricia completed a Bachelor of Business degree at the University of South Australia. From there, she was quickly promoted into management positions. This culminated in becoming a Senior Health Management Consultant in the South Australian health department. The focus of her role was participating in policy development for statewide health and disability services. She also developed disability service training programs for managers and executives in the South Australian public hospital and community health system.

After moving to the U.S., Patricia's first role was Director of Sales and Marketing for a senior residential community in Claremont. Her management background and experience allowed her to quickly gain promotions. Patricia thrived in the industry and became a respected Executive Director of assisted living and memory care residential communities in both Beverly Hills and Hollywood.

Patricia recently completed a Masters Degree in Health Policy and Management from Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles. Her studies have renewed her interest in policy, particularly as it relates to services for seniors and their families. Patricia is devoted to working and making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Alexis Montinola

Regional Director

Alexis is an industry leader and has over a decade of experience spanning all aspects of home care. One of Alexis’ major focuses is on lowering hospital readmission rates. She achieves this through partnerships with organizations like Monarch, Hoag Hospital and Mission Hospital.

Alexis thrives when managing an operation during phases of growth. She is passionate about providing the best client experience possible. Alexis strives to navigate her team through difficult situations to promote client satisfaction. Thanks to her management style, her business development team is always improving. As the Regional Director for the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire areas, Alexis brings a fresh approach to expansion. Her goal is to build a dynamic operation throughout the Greater LA region.

Ashley Busbee

Staffing Manager

Ashley received her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Education and has been working in the field of home health care since 2013 as a Client Manager and a Contracts and Intake Specialist. Ashley believes that teamwork is the key to providing her clients with the best possible care. She works hard to keep the lines of communication open between her clients and caregivers in order to meet their individual needs.

Ofelia Seropyan

Staffing Manager

Ofelia received her Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design & Business Marketing. Ofelia is a Certified Home Care Administrator through the California Association for Health Services at Home. She has been working in Health Care Administration since 2013, holding titles such as Office Manager and Hospice Administrator. Her current role includes scheduling, customer service, human resources, management, training, leadership, team building, payroll, invoicing, and billing. Ofelia exhibits a great understanding of our client's needs, allowing her to match the appropriate caregiver to provide the highest quality of care service to our clients. Ofelia believes in the saying, "treat others how you want to be treated," and lives it to the fullest every day. She enjoys working directly with clients and their families to provide solutions to help older adults live happier. Ofelia works to assure her client's families that their loved one is well taken care of. Jonna Hernandez

Jonna's professional experience is in sales, mentoring, and strategic market development. Her education includes a B.A. in Human Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton and a M.A. in Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. Jonna started in the health care industry in 2011 as an Admissions and Marketing Director for a skilled nursing facility. She has extensive sales experience in the post-acute sector including skilled nursing facilities, home health, and non-medical home care. Jonna's most recent position was the Area Operations and Sales Manager for a non-medical home care agency for Orange County, South Bay, and Inland Empire regions. Jonna's personal philosophy is to change the outlook of how others view and experience senior healthcare. She is absolutely thrilled to be a part of an innovative team that is truly defining how the world is aging.

Laura has over a decade of experience in the medical field, where she has served as a medical assistant and front office manager. She is a certified MA with the state of California and worked for 10 years with an Internal Medicine DR who specialized in Geriatrics.
