Cherie brings years of professional experience from the staffing world. She brings vast knowledge to her role, especially in the areas of client support, quality assurance, staffing and accounting. Ever since Cherie was young, she was determined to find a career which would make a difference in people's lives. Her commitment to exceptional customer service, along with her entrepreneurial spirit, make Cherie the perfect champion of Home Care Assistance's mission to change the way the world ages!
Prior to her role at Home Care Assistance, Megan worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and as a supervisor in residential group homes. She has nine years of professional experience in healthcare and expertise in crisis management, skills training and care for individuals with mental disabilities or illnesses. She enjoys what she does because she loves ensuring peace of mind for seniors and their loved ones with compassionate, skilled caregivers and a hard-working care team.
Sarah has been an RN for more than 20 years with experience in Geriatric and Pediatric Home Care, ICU, Blood and Marrow Transplant as well as Lung Transplant. Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the College of St. Benedict and a bachelor’s in Nursing of from the College of St. Catherine’s. The senior population has always been near and dear to Sarah’s heart and she enjoys all the history and lessons that can be learned. Through her work, she has been with numerous patient’s at the end of their lives and feels it is a true blessing to be able help people age with dignity and respect.
