The Palo Alto Care Team is excited to grow under the new leadership of Bridget Lynch who is stepping up from her role as Lead Care Manager

(Palo Alto, CA – April 4, 2016) Home Care Assistance of Palo Alto, a leading provider of in-home care, is excited to announce the promotion of their Lead Client Care Manager, Bridget Lynch, to Director of Client Services. A native Australian, Bridget is a world traveler with advanced training in Occupational Therapy and over eight years of professional hands-on experience as a discharge planner and community health leader. Bridget is an expert on community health, safety and wellness, allowing her to provide seniors and their families with personalized attention and expert guidance during difficult transitions. In her new role, Bridget will continue to ensure the high-caliber care clients along the Peninsula have been receiving for over a decade.
