Home Care Assistance of Dayton Welcomes New Employee Care Coordinator

Amber will play an integral role in employee care for the rapidly growing senior care company, Home Care Assistance

(Dayton, OH – February 7, 2017)Home Care Assistance of Dayton, a leading provider of in-home care for seniors, welcomes Amber Morrow as the office’s Employee Care Coordinator. Amber will play an integral role in the development of the company’s professional caregivers and will oversee the personalization and execution of the matching and scheduling of caregivers for each client. Amber, who is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, comes to us with strong management and customer service experience in both a medical and non-medical setting.  As an Office Coordinator with Kettering Health Network, Amber managed the day-to-day operations of the office, including the scheduling of clinic staff, management of physician schedules, creating and interpreting financial and efficiency reports, and ensuring prompt attention to patient and provider needs.  Amber’s excellence as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant at Kettering Health Network and Providence General Surgeons in Centerville makes her a vital addition to the team and a resource to the company’s clients.  Amber’s passion for helping seniors maintain their independence and live well at home is very much in line with the Balanced Care Method™, Home Care Assistance’s holistic approach to care and overall quality of life.
