Dana brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in both non-medical and medical care for older adults to Home Care Assistance of Houston. Prior to joining the care team, Dana served as an ElderCare Consultant specializing in in-home care and provided education, resources and support to a vast network of Houston's most reputable elder care professionals. She is passionate about home care and enjoys helping seniors live well at home with the most compassionate, experienced and reliable caregivers.
As a Client Care Manager for our Houston office, Chandeep works hard to provide excellent care management to every client and family. She is responsible for the clients’ admission process and the evaluation of client satisfaction. She is highly motivated in managing the quality assurance of clients and in overseeing quality improvement activities. As a highly-dedicated individual, she is a wonderful addition to the Home Care Assistance Team.
Cherry Whitley provides superlative client customer service. She assists clients and their families to resolve issues, find solutions, and improve quality of life. Cherry has extensive experience in Vocational Rehabilitation which entailed helping catastrophically injured American workers, hurt both at home and abroad, to navigate and expedite medical care while preparing them to return to work in new capacities. Working with families in crisis, finding creative solutions, taking a holistic approach to problem solving, and building strong relationships with all parties involved, are some of her strong points. Cherry is also a Certified Assisted Living Administrator.
As a Staffing Manager, Nnenna matches our clients with the perfect caregiver to serve their unique needs and wants. She has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on Rehabilitation, Education and Healthcare Administration. Nnenna obtained her bachelors in Health Science at the University of Houston and is currently wrapping up her MBA in Healthcare Management at the University of Texas at Tyler. Nnenna enjoys doing whatever it takes to alleviate any obstacle that will hinder providers and clinicians from providing excellent care.
Rachel, a native Houstonian, is an Alumni of Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience. Rachel began her career in the medical field immediately after graduation working at a behavioral hospital as a discharge planner. She later gained experience working in Human Resources, specifically Health and Welfare. Rachel began her health care liaison career in 2015 as a Marketing Liaison for a skilled nursing facility. Rachel then worked as a Marketing Liaison for a Brain Injury Rehabilitation Facility for a year and a half. As a result of her experience, she has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry as well as proficiency in building relationships, business development, marketing strategies, and general medical field knowledge. Rachel is a volunteer and advocate for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), as well as a Board Member of the Texas Brain Injury Alliance (TxBIA).
