The Home Care Assistance Advantage
Meet the McLean Team
Ever since she was a little girl Michelle’s passion was to be a nurse. She spent many days and nights in the hospital seeing what a difference nurses made in the life of her grandfather. Being a native of Fairfax County, she attended George Mason University and received a bachelors of science and nursing degree. Two years later she completed her masters at George Mason in nursing administration. Working for Home Care Assistance has allowed Michelle to be an advocate for our clients as well as educate families and seniors about other care options/ alternatives to promote health and longevity.
Kadie has over a decade's worth of experience in home care and health care. She has excelled as Office Manager for a home care company in the Maryland and Virginia areas, where she increased efficiency in accounting, human resources and operations. She has also worked as the Home Health Services Coordinator for Marriot Senior Living and as a Staffing Coordinator for Alliance Care at Home. Within each role, Kadie's passion for helping seniors has grown. Kadie is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has a certification in Medical Administration. Kadie continues to deliver premier home care services to the greater Northern Virginia community and enjoys knowing that her work with the McLean/Fairfax care team is making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
After earning her degree as a Registered Nurse, Natashya worked in a primary care office with a well-established physician who has been in practice for over 35 years. As the majority of the demographic she served were seniors who were long-time patients, Natashya developed a passion for helping older adults and their families. She was excited to join Home Care Assistance, a company with a mission to change the way the world ages, and saw real value in the company's unique offerings such as the Balanced Care Method, a holistic approach to healthy aging, and the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, a program to promote cognitive vitality. With professional experience in nursing and customer service, Natashya excels at improving the lives of seniors and is an important member of the McLean Home Care Team.

Growing up, Rebecca helped care for her older sister, who is intellectually disabled, and developed a passion for caregiving. She has worked as a Personal Care Assistant in group homes and day care programs for disabled adults, but after completing her CNA certification, she realized she was more passionate about the personalized nature of home care. Rebecca brings her expertise in employee relations, record keeping and compliance, and administrative duties to her role at Home Care Assistance and is currently earning her Certification in Human Resources Management. Rebecca is thrilled to be involved with a home care company that provides specialized, one-on-one care to suit each individual's unique needs and preferences.
Rebecca is very excited about the growth of Home Care Assistance and contributing in her role as a Home Care Liaison. She is committed to supporting the community and her team with passion and dedication to provide quality care. She has gained insight into working with individuals from birth to 100 years old as a Director of Operations and Regional Coordinator of Sales for an agency that provided home based services. Her degree from George Mason University and completion of law studies in the State of Virginia have allowed her to bring a dynamic approach to assisting individuals of all ages that need support to access strong community relationships and achieve the life they deserve. Understanding a clients’ process in aging and receiving services through the continuum of care is a focus she is now bringing to the sales team at Home Care Assistance. Rebecca looks forward to connecting Home Care Assistance more closely to the community and broadening the reach and impact we have on individuals. She looks forward to great success in her new role and working together as leaders in the community.
