Growing up, Rebecca helped care for her older sister, who is intellectually disabled, and developed a passion for caregiving. She has worked as a Personal Care Assistant in group homes and day care programs for disabled adults, but after completing her CNA certification, she realized she was more passionate about the personalized nature of home care. Rebecca brings her expertise in employee relations, record keeping and compliance, and administrative duties to her role at Home Care Assistance and is currently earning her Certification in Human Resources Management. Rebecca is thrilled to be involved with a home care company that provides specialized, one-on-one care to suit each individual's unique needs and preferences.

After earning her degree as a Registered Nurse, Natashya worked in a primary care office with a well-established physician who has been in practice for over 35 years. As the majority of the demographic she served were seniors who were long-time patients, Natashya developed a passion for helping older adults and their families. She was excited to join Home Care Assistance, a company with a mission to change the way the world ages, and saw real value in the company's unique offerings such as the Balanced Care Method, a holistic approach to healthy aging, and the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, a program to promote cognitive vitality. With professional experience in nursing and customer service, Natashya excels at improving the lives of seniors and is an important member of the Fairfax Home Care Team.
