Meet the Dana Point Team
As Home Care Liaison, Brent Lewis will help Orange County seniors and their families navigate their care needs with compassion, experience and expertise. He had a prior successful career in business development and community outreach and has over two years of professional experience in senior care. He is dedicated to helping seniors live safe and comfortably at home. As a devoted husband and father of three, Brent aims to provide care services he would be proud to offer his own family. Brent Lewis will be serving seniors all over Orange County and will represent both the Home Care Assistance offices in Newport Beach and Dana Point.
Pam Leszczynski joins the Dana Point Care Team as Client Care Manager. With over 10 years of professional experience in senior care, Pam is highly passionate and dedicated to promoting quality of life for seniors. She has worked in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and hospice and is enthusiastic about joining Home Care Assistance to provide care where seniors most prefer: at home.
After witnessing a loved one’s battle with Alzheimer’s firsthand, Pam became an advocate for those facing the disease. She currently volunteers with Alzheimer’s Orange County as a Support Group Facilitator to help families affected by the disease. Pam’s expertise in Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia is in line with the company’s Cognitive Therapeutics Method™, a unique in-home activities program designed to promote brain health.
Alexis is an industry veteran with a decade of experience in senior care, and is among the most knowledgeable and best connected senior care experts in Orange County. Alexis was most recently the Director of Community Relations at another top home care company, and is excited to grow further at HCA - building the strongest team and reputation in Orange County as well as developing her skills as both a local leader and a sales leader.
Gabby has over 6 years of combined experience in the fields of nursing, care-giving and staffing. She is an LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse), thus she has expertise in nursing, caring for, and assisting others. Gabby's personal philosophy is to, "Do all things with love". She loves what she does, and says it fulfills her passion of assisting others to know she's able to bring a bit of sunshine into someone's home by providing them with a great caregiver! "Nurses dispense comfort, compassion and caring without a prescription."
Jeric is a LVN graduate. Before he was hired as a staffing manager at Home Care Assistance, he worked in another home care/home health company as an on-call staffer for more than a year. At the same time Jeric was working his full-time job as an HR Manager at a large department store where he worked for 4 years. Jeric enjoys working in the homecare field and plans on taking his boards very soon so he can someday start working in the hospitals and continue making a difference in people's lives.
Jonna's professional experience is in sales, mentoring, and strategic market development. Her education includes a B.A. in Human Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton and a M.A. in Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. Jonna started in the health care industry in 2011 as an Admissions and Marketing Director for a skilled nursing facility. She has extensive sales experience in the post-acute sector including skilled nursing facilities, home health, and non-medical home care. Jonna's most recent position was the Area Operations and Sales Manager for a non-medical home care agency for Orange County, South Bay, and Inland Empire regions. Jonna's personal philosophy is to change the outlook of how others view and experience senior healthcare. She is absolutely thrilled to be a part of an innovative team that is truly defining how the world is aging.
Ashley always knew that she wanted to be a nurse when she grew up. In fact, she was a nurse on Career Day in Kindergarten. Her passion for helping others started at a very young age and has only grown stronger through the years. Ashley has worked in the senior care field for over 7 years and has been a nurse for over 4 years. She has experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, home care and, most recently, in a medical group. She aspires to provide quality care in the best way that she possibly can.
