Before starting a career with HCA, Christlyn was a CNA/Caregiver for more than 4 years. This is great experience to have in her new position as she is seeking out qualified caregivers who will provide excellent care to their clients. Christlyn loves her job because she gets to match wonderful caregivers to the right clients and feels she is making an important contribution to her office and HCA as a whole.
Grace brings over four years of professional experience in the home health and her CHT (Certified Hemodialysis Technician). Her experience and current position entails for her to help with caregiver recruitment and training, as well as matching skilled and knowledgeable caregivers with clients based on the client's needs and preference. Grace enjoys finding the best and most reliable caregivers in the industry to serve her client's growing needs and ensure high quality care.
With 12 years of experience in the senior home health industry, Jacquie welcomes each individual’s uniqueness and is committed to do everything to give these individuals the confidence to live a safe and independent life. She started her healthcare career back in 2004 as a caregiver and Certified Nursing Assistant, working in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers and with clients in their homes. She has a passion for working with geriatric clients and was very driven to continue her education, thus she got her Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Jacquie recently graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Holy Names University in August 2016; currently awaiting to sit in for her NCLEX exam.
In 2011, she started her role as a Client Care manager. Her responsibilities include promoting and restoring clients' health by developing and managing a plan of care, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff, and providing physical and psychological support for clients, their families and friends. Her key strengths lie in her ability to promote an effective service that is stemmed from her passion and her support with Home Care Assistance's mission, "To Change the Way the World Ages.”
Shenley Delos Santos brings seven years of experience in the healthcare industry to her role as Staffing Manager at Home Care Assistance in San Mateo. She has extensive staffing and administrative experience from working with home care and staffing agencies. She holds a B.S. in chemistry and is certified in dementia and geriatric care. Shenley enjoys knowing she’s instrumental in making a difference in people’s lives and is excited to be a part of the San Mateo Home Care Team.
Bridget Lynch, OT is a world traveler with advanced training in Occupational Therapy and over 8 years of specialized hands-on experience as a discharge planner and a community health leader, having worked on projects at the University of Australia, the UK National Health Service, and Stanford University. In addition, Bridget is also an expert on community health and safety and conducts home safety inspections, allowing her to provide clients and families with exceptional leadership and expert guidance during difficult transitions.
