Berry extracts play a part in removing toxins that reduce mental function. Bring in the new year with a fresh bowl of yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and a handful of granola. Add a squirt of sugar-sweet honey and you’re sure to start next year off on your toes.
Some other colored fruits and veggies that will keep you gunning are: acai berries, cranberries, carrots, red radishes, red grapes, and plumbs.
