Dr. Engleman Shares his Secrets to Health and Happiness

Dr. Ephraim Engleman, aged 102, is the last surviving member of the Stanford class of 1993. Dr. Engleman—a shining example of healthy longevity— continues to see patients in his role as the director of the Rosalind Russell Medical Research Center for Arthritis. Outside of the office, he plays violin regularly, hosts chamber music meetings every week, and spends time with his wife, three children, and six grandchildren.   Earlier this week, Home Care Assistance had the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Engleman, who shared his secrets to living a happy and long life. Read the full interview here.
